Making Memories for the Holiday Break!

Time is valuable. And more important, time is well spent with your kids. So here are a few ideas to build some amazing memories and  have some fun during the break!

Wrapping: Let your kids get in on the magic of giving to their siblings, their grandparents and their amazing parents! Enlist their help to wrap them and hand deliver them to loved ones. They’ll remember the joy on the faces of each and every recipient.

Family Photo: Taking advantage of families being together is the best idea ever. Turn that holiday spirit in to a lasting memory with a Family Photo.

Community: There is no better time than the holidays to give to those who cannot enjoy the holidays. Take the kiddos to volunteer to hand out gifts or serve a warm lunch at a shelter. Another great idea is to pop in and share some holiday goodies with your local firefighters, police or medical professionals. Doing something nice for others will help your kids feel good about the holidays and helping your community at the same time.

Baking: Creating and spending time in the kitchen whipping up some family favorites is a great time to catch up with your kids about what’s going on with them and have some fun while doing it. Gather all of your treats and surprise your loved ones with a visit, treats in tow!

Holiday Lights: Jump in the car and take a tour to look at some holiday lights and decorations, bring the hot chocolate and turn up the volume on some Holiday music. Sights, sounds and magic happen when building memories with your kids.
